1. Return Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return items under the following conditions:

  • Items can only be exchanged or returned if an incorrect product was delivered or damage.
  • Personalized products and sealed goods are excluded from returns.

2. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our customer service at return@leafai.de and provide your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Our customer service will provide you with a return number and instructions for returning the item.
3. Safely package the item and include the return form.
4. Send the item to the provided address. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

 

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 25 days.

– Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your provider.
– Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.

 

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.

 

5. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Items

If you have received a defective or incorrectly delivered item, please contact our customer service at support@leafai.de within 7 days of receiving the order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and cover the return shipping costs.
