Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Return Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, you can return electronic devices within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The device may only have been powered on to check its basic functionality and must remain in an undamaged, like-new condition.
  • Returns are accepted if the wrong product was delivered or the device arrived defective.
  • Products that have been extensively used or damaged are not eligible for return.
  • Personalized or specially configured devices are also excluded from returns.

2. Return Procedure
To initiate a return within the 14-day window, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@leafai.de with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our customer service will provide you with a return number and instructions for sending the item back.
  3. Safely package the device in its original packaging and include the return form.
  4. Ship the item to the provided address. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the device is defective or incorrectly delivered.

3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the device, you will be notified by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 25 days.

  • Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your provider.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the device was defective or incorrectly delivered.

4. Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Devices
If you received a defective or incorrectly delivered device, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@leafai.de. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement or refund.

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order for the desired device and return the unwanted item for a refund.
